Great Green Breakfast Smoothie

This amazing recipe, which Women’s Health calls the Green Goddess Smoothie, has under 200 calories, less than 8 grams of fat and is packed with nutrients, so it’s a perfect start to day while still staying lean.

Green Goddess Smoothie

1 c. baby spinach
1 c. cucumber chunks
1/2 avocado, halved, pitted, and peele
1 large kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1/2 c.  low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 c. fresh orange or tangerine juice
1/4 c. mint leaves
