Look Better in the Morning

Sometimes you wake up looking not so great. It could be from either a lack of sleep, too much stress or maybe a few extra cocktails. Either way, here are some beauty tips to make you feel more confident in the morning.

ONE

Right when you wake up, have either a big glass of water or hot water with lemon. This will hydrate your body, as you will be dehydrated after your your sleep. When you drink coffee you dehydrate yourself even more, so just have one big glass before your coffee. The less dehydrated you are, the healthier, more awake you’ll look.

TWO

Spray your hair with some dry shampoo and blow dry it for ten seconds. Even if your hair isn’t greasy or dirty, adding some volume always makes you look cleaner and more put together overall.

THREE

Stop eating salty foods after dinner (or even before dinner). All the sodium will cause your body to retain water, making your face appear puffier the next morning. So, basically don’t have popcorn, chips or fast food before bed.
